Big thanks to EMT Richie for taking a moment between calls to snap this awesome photo. Sometimes it’s the little moments—like a quiet sky and a rainbow—that remind us why we love what we do.

🚨 Multiple Agencies Respond to Successful Water Rescue West of Belle, MO 🚨
Earlier this evening, multiple emergency response agencies responded to a water rescue west of Belle. Thanks to the swift coordination and teamwork of all agencies involved, the rescue was successful.
This is a critical reminder: do not attempt to drive through moving water. It only takes a small amount of fast-moving water to sweep a vehicle away.
We are also seeing significant damage to roadways and infrastructure across the region due to recent flooding. Please use extreme caution and never risk crossing flooded areas.
Stay safe. Turn around, don’t drown.

🚑💉 Paramedic Students in Action! 💉🚑
Our paramedic students recently completed an airway lab, gaining hands-on experience with life-saving skills! 🫁
📸 In these photos, one of our students is practicing intubation on a high-fidelity manikin inside our ambulance simulator—using both traditional techniques and a video laryngoscope to visualize the airway.
Training like this ensures our future paramedics are well-prepared to manage critical airways in real emergencies. Great work, class! 👏
